1. The service

ClearanceHQ provides automated, read-only security checks of a website URL and/or public GitHub repository you submit (the "Targets"), and a written report.

2. Authorization (required)

You may only submit Targets that you own or are explicitly authorized in writing to test. You confirm this when you order. We require technical proof of ownership (DNS TXT record or /.well-known file for URLs; GitHub sign-in with push or admin access for repositories) before a full scan runs. Submitting Targets you are not authorized to test is prohibited, and we may refuse, stop or report such use.

3. What the scan does

Scans send ordinary HTTP GET/HEAD requests at a limited rate and analyze public code. We do not log in, submit forms, write data, exploit vulnerabilities or send attack payloads. When a public Supabase anon key is present, we use it only to count rows visible without login; we do not read or keep row contents.

4. Fees, re-scan and refunds

A full scan costs $5 USD, including one re-scan of the same Targets within 14 days of payment. If a scan cannot be completed for technical reasons, we will refund you in full on request to clearancehq@mail.grokbot.com.

5. No warranty

The service and reports are provided "as is". A report reflects automated checks at one point in time. It is not a penetration test, audit or certification, and a clean result does not mean your app is secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the scan in question.

7. Acceptable use

No abuse, reselling scans of third-party targets, or attempts to bypass ownership verification or rate limits.
